Adult Softball Program!
The Belleville Softball Complex will close Thursday, July 2 after league play and not open again until Monday, July 6.
MANAGERS, PLAYERS AND FANS - - - PLEASE WATCH THE SCHEDULE CLOSELY AS WE ROUTINELY UPDATE AND MAKE CHANGES TO THE SCHEDULE. UNLESS WE CHANGE YOUR GAME
LESS THAN FIVE (5) DAYS BEFORE IT IS SCHEDULED TO BE PLAYED YOU ARE EXPECTED TO FIND THE CHANGE.
Managers
PLEASE remember to submit waivers for every player you intend to use. If we inspect your lineup card and find someone playing without a waiver - the game is forfeited, the team must pay a $25 fine, and it still costs $2 to submit the players' waiver. Nobody wants forfeits or fines - so
PLEASE take care of the details.
We will accept player waivers throughout the summer season. However, waivers submitted after
Friday, July 3 will be marked with a "red X". If a team you play protests player eligibility - you will forfeit. Also, players added after
Friday, July 3 are not eligible to participate in the City Tournament.
Fall League information now available! Please note - you may not "jump" the deadline. Teams will not be accpeted until
Monday, July 6 - 5:00 p.m. Teams will
only be accepted at the Belleville Softball Complex office during normal business hours. No league spots will be held without the entry fee being paid-in-full. If you must pay by credit card, you
must come to the Belleville Complex and pickup an authorization sheet
before going to the O'Brien Center with your credit card.
It is time to register for the City Tournament. The entry fee is still only $50 for single-elimination format. We are offering (provided at-least four (4) teams signup per division):
Men's
Coed
Women's
The Belleville Softball Complex Office is now open. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 5 p.m. until the lights go out. Sunday the office will be open from 3 or 4 p.m. (depending on the game schedule) until the lights go out. If you need to speak to someone about softball call during business hours or send an email to softball@southbendin.gov, or call and leave a detailed message.
