All teams listed as FIRST PLACE shall receive a sponsor trophy and up to fifteen (15) individual t-shirts.
 
All teams listed as SECOND PLACE shall receive a sponsor trophy.
 
Sponsor trophies are available at Hoosier Trophies.  Team managers must call: HOOSIER TROPHIES at 574-277-7034 (leave a message, they DO NOT answer their telephone) and allow at-least one (1) business day for the Hoosier Trophies staff to affix the team name to your sponsor trophy.  Hoosier Trophies regular business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m.
 
Individual t-shirts are available at the Belleville Softball Complex office.  T he season is over, team managers should contact John Walczewski at 574-514-6113 to schedule an appointment to pickup their t-shirts.  Teams will be given up to fifteen (15) t-shirts, but not more t-shirts than the team has signed waivers on file.  T-shirts are supplied by Mike's Sporting Goods.
 
It is the team managers responsibility to claim awards.  Awards unclaimed by Thursday, October 29 shall be forfeited.
